    • Released in August 2011, iCEnhancer 1.3 is one of my favorites. Warmth define this version, it's colorful and warm. Not a great fit for Liberty City but it has a pretty unique personality which makes the game have a really different mood.


    This version will work very well for GTA Vice City or San Andreas maps

    The mod might not run on modern computers without tweaks!
